Brittinie Wick
A Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Women’s Fitness Specialist (WFS), and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She also holds a Pre- and Post-Natal Trainer certification through Girls Gone Strong. As a Group Fitness Instructor, she has managed groups of 5-42 people by teaching them how to increase their results through Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) interval training. She is also a self-published author with her 21-day fit-pregnancy guide “Pump Your Baby Bump and Hump”. Brittinie incorporates a holistic approach by teaching, inspiring, and empowering clients to reach health and fitness goals through a combination of proper diet, exercise, rest, and stress management. Brittinie aims to educate clients, help them obtain positive behavior change, and create lifelong healthy habits.
Brittinie holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
