
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of Roma tomatoes, halved
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 drop basil oil
- 1 TOOTHPICK oregano oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place sliced tomatoes, onions & garlic on baking sheet
- Add a generous amount of salt and pepper and olive oil
- Cook for one to two hours
- Remove rosemary sprigs
- Remove from move and place in a blender
- Pulse until you reach desired consistency
- Add Basil and Oregano oil and stir
