It was envisioned to be a long-overdue authoritative, informative and beautiful reference tool for both the seasoned professional and the wine consumer. Much of the research for this work was done in Castilian since so very little of the “real Rioja” is published in English. The second edition was released in 2017. Both editions have been awarded in the categories of Best in History, Photography, and Travel.
