We may be doing everything “right” when it comes to our health and wellness: getting sound sleep without alcohol or caffeine, moving our bodies through exercise, eating white beans instead of white flour and sugar, meditating, practicing gratitude, journaling, and the list goes on. Even with all of these healthy habits, sometimes we may feel that something is a little off — we’re getting sick too often, we’re sensitive to our favorite foods, or we just don’t have the energy we want. Certainly, the past few years have contributed to a kind of international malaise that exacerbates this feeling. What else can we do to improve our well-being? Where is the answer?
I encourage you to look beyond what you can see. Understand that the energy inside our bodies can be affected by the world outside our bodies. Just like WiFi, your car radio, or living room TV, there are waves of energy all around us — and inside us. Beneath the subatomic level, our cells contain energy, the quantum energy that’s in everything. This field of energy in our cells can get out of balance through everyday stressors, like the fear of getting sick, worrying about finances and work, and really anything that “throws us off.” Electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) from the modern world can also shift the energy inside us. So do the toxins we consume, whether in tap water, food, or air pollution.
