I’m Neliza, the founder of Inner Tranquility, where healing truly happens from deep within yourself through a holistic approach to having a positive pregnancy experience. I help professional women experience optimal health, well-being, and peace of mind through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
As a former CardioVascular Sonographer, relentless workaholic, and seasonal world traveler. I never really thought about settling down and having a family. And if I did, I’d say, “I would be married for at least four years, traveling and enjoying my marriage with my husband before starting a family. If I did want kids, I would be happy with just one.”
Since I was a relatively fit and active person, I thought I would be working through my pregnancy until my water broke.
