Living Life To The Fullest: An Inside Look At The Bon-Vivant Girl – Are you tired of that perpetual feeling of being stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly shrouded in unhappiness? Her secret, she calls it her “Happiness Cocktail.”

Sorry ladies, there’s no alcohol in the recipe, but the ingredients will undoubtedly leave you intoxicated with joy. She combines five key ingredients to create “S.M.I.L.E.,” her delightful elixir: Smile, Move, Invest, Love, and Enjoy. Think of them as simple actions you can incorporate into your daily life.

Nathalie starts with “Love” because:
  • She firmly believes that self-love is the starting point for everything.
  • She encourages women to love themselves unconditionally, embracing all their imperfections.
  • She then adds, “Smile,” as it’s one of her favorite practices.
  • She believes that when you smile at the world, the world smiles right back at you.

Next comes “Enjoy” because, well, she’s the Bon-Vivant girl, and her primary philosophy is to enjoy every moment. The fourth ingredient is “Invest,” as she insists that if you want happiness, you must invest in things that nourish your well-being. Finally, she adds, “Move.” It’s not just about physical movement; she wants you to shift your life from the ordinary to the extraordinary!
