Vegetable Pizza – Indulge in a slice of bliss with our Vegetable Pizza – a masterpiece that’s not only gluten-free and vegan but a feast for your taste buds! Picture this: a golden crust generously adorned with savory tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella, and a colorful medley of fresh veggies. Drizzled with olive oil and kissed with salt and pepper, each bite is a symphony of flavors.

But that’s not all – pair it with the freshness of our Spring Pea Mint Soup. A fragrant blend of peas, mint, and a hint of lemon, this gluten-free and vegan soup is the perfect companion. Sauteed onions and garlic create a flavorful base, while the finishing touch of a squeeze of lemon adds an extra burst of freshness.

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 6
  • 1 gluten-free pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat the oven to the temperature recommended for the pizza crust. If using a homemade crust, roll out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If using a store-bought crust, follow the package instructions. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange the mixed vegetables on top of the cheese. Drizzle a little olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven according to the crust’s instructions or until the crust is golden and the toppings are cooked. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve.
