Seasons come and go, a good and nutritious diet shouldn’t. There is definitely a reason for each season of the year. It is Mother Nature’s way of gently reminding us of which nutrients our bodies need most at that time. The Power of the Peach!

Peaches make a great addition to anyone’s diet. Their season starts in May and goes right on through to summer. Peaches’ high vitamin E and vitamin C content which makes them great for boosting the immune system naturally. Not to mention that vitamin E and C are also great for skin and eye health. Peaches are high in potassium which prevents dehydration and cramping while increasing bone health. They are high in fiber making them great for digestion. Peaches help improve heart, liver, and kidney function. They can help control high cholesterol, regulate blood pressure, and prevent anemia. Peaches are high in magnesium and vitamin B which helps with mood and energy levels. They also contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatories which can help slow the signs of aging, detox, and promote natural pain relief. There is definitely power in the peach!
