COMMUNITY: The Megaphone for Manifestation – “Community isn’t just a buzzword for us – it’s the heart of everything we do.“
Manifestation is commonly associated with journaling, vision boarding, or guided meditation. However, what’s proven to be the most influential for EM/POWEREDbyWMN and its founder, Krystal Jugarap, is the community. Contrary to the items mentioned above, the community thrives on passion and purpose being shared out loud. When leveraged, it becomes a powerful vehicle to take your wildest dreams and distribute them to the people, places, and spaces capable of turning them into reality.
In a world increasingly immersed in technology, the need for genuine human connection grows stronger. Just as important as it is to recognize the power of technological advances like A.I., it’s important to recognize the immense power of community and collaboration.
By prioritizing community, we welcome opportunities for our message to be amplified. By showing up in support of each other, our potential for impact magnifies. While your voice is innately powerful, imagine the voices of hundreds, thousands, or maybe even millions of others echoing your message and compounding its impact by expanding the very platform you use to share it. Finding and creating a community will be your competitive edge, and a community of support exists for everyone. The caveat is that we have to be willing to show up—for ourselves, our mission, and for the people around us.
EM/POWEREDbyWMN is a platform dedicated to supporting women in business by creating space for their members to build their network, increase their brand visibility, share their stories, seek guidance and inspiration, and access a wealth of resources, including personal and professional development workshops.

We asked their members:
“How has being in women’s communities impacted your journey?”
Here’s what they said…
As an entrepreneur, the road is often lonely, so I’m always trying to find new ways of connecting with other entrepreneurs, especially women in this space. That’s why I joined the EM/POWEREDbyWMN community—to build connections both online and offline. I recently attended their cookie decor event, and it was SO much fun! I can be pretty serious when it comes to my biz, but this event wasn’t the stiff corporate networking type of event. It was all about sharing our wins, helping one another out, and making connections. So happy I joined this community!

At Mala Tara, our connection to women’s wellness communities has been transformational. Our mission is simple: to bring the benefits of holistic wellness through organic whole-flower teas. These communities have provided us with the support and inspiration to grow while staying true to our values of sustainability and mindfulness.
As a woman-owned brand, we proudly partner with women-led tea farms in Thailand, where ethical and sustainable farming practices are at the heart of everything we do. Through this collaboration, we not only ensure that each cup of tea delivers the highest quality and supports mindful self-care but also empower female farmers, fostering economic well-being and sustainability in their local communities. This partnership creates a positive societal impact by promoting fair trade and community development.
Each sip of Mala Tara tea is a reminder of the journey we share with our collective sisterhood in wellness. It reflects our commitment to self-care, sustainability, and meaningful global connections. Our goal is to continue promoting mindful rituals that inspire a better way of living while contributing to a healthier planet. Together, we are cultivating a community that truly blooms in wellness—one cup at a time.

Being a part of this community of women has truly been a dream come true. I never imagined I would find myself among a group of like-minded individuals who support, encourage, and share the same passion as I do.
Together, we have fostered an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to pursue their dreams. The events are filled with laughter, insightful discussions, and a genuine sense of connection that goes beyond mere friendship. Whether we’re collaborating on projects, celebrating each other’s successes, or simply lending a listening ear, the bond we share is truly special.
This community has not only enriched my personal and professional life but has also inspired me to give back and help others discover their potential. It’s a place where creativity flourishes, ideas are nurtured, and each member’s unique talents are celebrated. I’m grateful for the camaraderie and the opportunity to grow alongside such remarkable women, knowing that together we can achieve amazing things.

As a former labor & delivery nurse and a woman supporting women for over a decade, I know what it means to give and receive true, unwavering love and support, especially at your most vulnerable. However, I struggled to fit into the medical box with my holistic view, natural methods, and whole-person approach and I longed for a community of spiritually aligned women, mothers, and entrepreneurs for connection. I felt lonely and isolated.
As I grew as a person and evolved in my business, I began attracting so much more of what I was embodying and became a part of some absolutely beautiful and profound communities of women. I say it all the time, but there is something so incredibly powerful about women supporting, uplifting, and guiding one another that so deeply resonates with my purpose, and I had never felt more seen than being in these settings.
Being a part of these communities has propelled me in ways I never knew possible, and I am most grateful for these women and sacred spaces. They say it takes a village, and I finally felt like I had found my tribe.
JESS SNYDER, Holistic Women’s Coach & Founder of Intimate Mama
Being part of women’s communities has been a transformative journey in my life and business. From the very beginning, these spaces have provided a sense of belonging and empowerment that has fueled my passion for event planning. Surrounding myself with strong, creative women has inspired me to dream bigger, push boundaries, and embrace my unique vision.
The support and encouragement I’ve received from fellow entrepreneurs have been invaluable. Whether it’s sharing advice, brainstorming ideas, or simply lifting each other up during challenging times, these connections remind me that we are stronger together. I’ve learned to celebrate not just my successes but also those of my peers, creating a network where we all thrive. Women’s communities have also taught me the importance of collaboration over competition. I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with fellow female business owners, which has led to incredible opportunities and unforgettable events.
This sense of camaraderie fosters a culture of creativity and innovation, allowing us to elevate each other and our businesses. Ultimately, being part of these communities has deepened my commitment to supporting other women in their journeys as we all navigate the beautiful, chaotic world of entrepreneurship together.
