Give Me Some Luvin Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup hemp milk, almond milk, oat milk, or coconut water as your base
- 1 handful frozen or fresh organic wild blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Maca powder
- Stevia or 1 tablespoon raw honey, if you need to sweeten it.
- Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
