Orchard Wellness Bowl
Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 2
Ingredients:
Smoothie Bowl Base:
- 2 large frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 medium-sized apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup Coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup
Toppings:
- Granola
- Sliced fresh apple
- Chopped nuts
- Chia seeds
Directions:
Combine frozen bananas, chopped apples, dairy-free yogurt, dairy-free milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, almond butter, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more dairy-free milk to achieve your desired consistency. Divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls. Top each bowl with granola, sliced fresh apple, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of chia seeds. Optionally, drizzle a bit of additional almond butter or maple syrup on top for extra flavor.
