
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds very fresh white fish (halibut, mahi-mahi, sea bass).
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime, juice
- 2 Drops of Doterra Lime Essential Oil
- 1-2 habanero peppers cut in half
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup choclo corn
- 1/4 cooked sweet potato
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped cilantro to taste
Instructions
- Cut fish into small cubes
- Thinly slice the red onion
- Place the fish and 1/2 of the onions in a small bowl
- Pour the lime juice over the ingredients
- Sprinkle with salt
- Mix in remaining ingredients
- Cover and Refrigerate for 5-15 min
- Remove hot peppers and add salt as needed
