
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 drop dōTERRA Basil Oil
Instructions
- 1) Combine avocado, tomato, red onion, spinach, and cucumber in a bowl, Set aside.
- 2) Pour olive oil into a small bowl and mix in 1 drop dōTERRA basil essential oil.
- 3) Combine olive oil mixture and vegetables.
- 4) Add lemon juice and stir
- 5) Top off with salt and serve immediately.
