Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal


  • ¼ Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Oats
  • ½ tsp Flax Seed, ground
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • ½ tsp Pure Vanilla
  • 1 ¾ Cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ Cup Pecans
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Pear diced and sautéed


  1. In a saucepan combine milk, flax seed, and oats. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and seasoning, cook for another minute. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Top with pears, pecans, and syrup.
