
There it is again. That familiar nagging ache in your low belly. Maybe it starts in your low back. You roll over in bed groaning because you know what this means – fat pants, IBuprofen and low energy are on the docket for the day.
You roll out of bed and the sunlight through the window, usually gentle and welcoming, feels irritating and offensive in your face. Irritated by the sun and the gnawing ache growing in your low body, you pad down the hall to the bathroom.
