In this episode, host Jana Short speaks about the holidays and how self-care during the holidays is very important!

-Focusing on making memories with your family and friends during the holidays will help you with stress relief.

-Take a moment, sit down, have a good conversation or read a book with your family. Cherish these moments.

-You need to take some self-care and make your well-being top priority.

-Taking some time for self-care ensures you see things in a more positive way so you can enjoy things, like making holiday memories.

-In order to be 100% in tune with life, you need to self-care first.

-When your body gives you a warning sign, it’s okay to stop and take a moment to reflect and take care of yourself.

-For the holidays, put yourself first, find joy in the moment, be sure you are spreading the joy and share with everyone you come into contact with.

-The positivity and joy you spread from self-care are like a ripple effect on others.

    I loved this episode. We often forget just how stress filled our holidays can be. I think it is so important to remember to take a few minutes and destress.
