Jana talks with Lucy Smith, Lucy runs a coaching program geared towards women/fem individuals who are seeking appreciation techniques and self-identity clarification. It’s called Persephone’s Jewels. Lucy uses Greek goddesses as a vehicle for self-identification strategies, supplemented with knowledge of tarot, astrology, and art. She was inspired to create PJ after writing her book, “The Dirt: An Illustrated, 100% Uncensored Memoir of a Girl with Mental Illness.” she published her own experiences, including when she voluntarily committed herself to a mental hospital, and when she got amazing feedback, was encouraged to share more and guide others.
