In this episode of Oh My Heath … There’s HOPE! Jana talks with Jenna Radomski & Devon Loftus.
Jenna Radomski, MScN, is a holistic nutritionist, recipe developer, and the founder of Jenna Bee Basics, an online space for exploring the everyday elements of a nourished life. Starting her menstrual cycle and developing acne at a very young age led Jenna on a decades-long search for answers. She ultimately found relief through intuitive eating, living in sync with her cycle, and intentional self-care.
She believes health and well-being should be simple and accessible to all. Through Jenna Bee Basics, she shares realistic and holistic practices relating to nutrition, sustainability, and finding joy in everyday life.
Radomski is also the in-house nutritionist for Moon Cycle Bakery, a wellness-based business that focuses on the menstrual cycle and creates sweet treats and food-related products to help support women hormonally, spiritually, and emotionally.
Devon Loftus is an author, speaker, and the founder of Moon Cycle Bakery — a wellness-based business that focuses on the menstrual cycle and creates sweet treats and food-related products to help support women hormonally, spiritually, and emotionally.
Recipe development is a team effort between Loftus and her team of experts, which includes nutritionist Jenna Radomski. Each ingredient is carefully selected to ensure support of the female body during various parts of their cycles focusing on micro and macronutrients.
Loftus and nutritionist Jenna Radomski are set to release The Moon Cycle Cookbook: A Holistic Nutrition Guide for a Well-Balanced Menstrual Cycle, on October 12, 2021, through Storey Publishing. This cookbook empowers women to nourish themselves with recipes for sweets, savory meals, and snacks, organized around each of the four phases of the menstrual cycle, that can be customized to suit their bodies’ fluctuating needs.
The two are also debuting a supplementary course called Reconnecting to Rhythms: Exploring the Connection Between Our Inner Vitality + Our Bodies, which allows us to discover how our emotional and mental wellbeing supports in relation to our physical health.
