YES! This is exactly what I have been telling my clients! It can be hard to explain to people the kind of damage they are doing to themselves when they continually consume foods that are highly processed or artificial. Our bodies cannot identify the “food” particles as friend or foe and as a by product they incase them in fat until they can determine what to do with them. I loved this interview and I will happily suggest this podcast to my clientele. Can’t get enough!

Me TOO!!!! I have listened to this podcast every Monday morning for the last few weeks. It’s a reminder of what we all should be doing, and I use it in my goal setting for the week. It really is the little things we do, they seem pointless by themselves, but over time their impact becomes huge! Every little bad decision we make, pushes up back, lets all make the good decisions and go forward. It’s like a savings health account, don’t let those bad decisions take away from it until you have nothing. Good decisions, deposit a little bit, and then one day, when you need it most, you will find you are wealthy, with WELLNESS!!! If you haven’t yet, read The Slight Edge book.
